No but a bit dusty in places.

Bugs

Non existant.

Weather

Cloudy. Close peaks visible. A bit hazy from nearby fires. Some drizzle on way down. Temp probably about 45 degrees on summit.

Crowds One truck in parking area. Another showed up. Chatted with a guy. Hunters no doubt. Saw two guys on dirt bikes coming down as we went up. They were polite. Dirt bikes are legal on this trail. Saw no hikers. Had summit all to ourselves.
Scenic Value  Would like to return on a nicer/less hazy day. Still think I like the views better from Koppen/Hawkins but these are great too.
Difficulty This is a 100% trail summit walkup. One short part at the end is bordering on a bit steep to walk up, but I didn't even use poles going up. Poles were helpful coming down. Not too lose as at least there are some solid rocks you can kind of step on. No scrambling though. Trail is for the most part smooth/dirt. Not real rocky or rooty. Would be a good trail to run for the most part. Made good time down.
